The technician that came to my home, Emerson, was quick and thorough. He explained what was wrong and how it would be fixed. He also found me an electrician that was needed to further solve my issue. Great service! Affordable after-hours price too!

Cecil Williams conducted our service and did an outstanding job! He went above and beyond to ensure our A/C unit was in good shape and even explained future preventative maintenance methods I could use to save money in the near future. Honestly, one of the best experiences I've had with a HVAC company. I look forward to seeing them in the fall as I signed up for their twice a year maintenance plan which is the most competitively priced I've found in my area. All in all, this was a great experience!

My AC unit went out and our property manager had Martin's Heating & Air come out to fix it. It was 91° inside my home when JD arrived. I have never been so happy to see a repair man show up as I did on Monday July 9! JD was very personable and had excellent customer service skills. He explained what was wrong and fixed all the issues and made sure our unit was running properly before leaving. We went from 91° to 87° before he left. I would highly recommend this team for all of my heating and cooling needs! Thank you JD for being a lifesaver to my family!

Buford Martin came out and gave me a quote for a new system on Friday as the current system is twenty years old. Mr. Martin was very informative and helped me understand what I was dealing with exactly. I went ahead later that day a called to see if they could try adding refrigerant first and Bobby came out first thing Saturday morning. Seem like a reputable contractor, very knowledgeable and courteous folks.
